Technicians use the app in the field. Managers activate devices from the admin portal.

Auto codes are FR- + 8 characters. Custom codes can be entered by an admin without FR-. Example: activation codes look like FR-ABC12345 (issued by your company admin).

1. Technicians enter and verify the company name on Profile before sending reports. If a mistake is made, a new activation code is required.
2. Admins can create a generic code or a custom one associated with a technician’s name.
3. A PDF is emailed to the office using the device’s Mail app. The PDF includes the company name, technician name, pictures, descriptions, and GPS location. Requires Mail configured on the device.
4. Field Report does not store report content, photos, or messages on our servers. Reports stay on the technician’s device. Send to Office uses their Mail app.
